No. Our store mainly consists of new or open-boxed (factory packaging opened but still in pristine condition) furniture. However, we do have some products that have been used. Everything in our used furniture section has been inspected, cleaned, clearly marked "used" and chosen carefully by our staff to ensure our customers still get the quality we promise.
Yes! We do offer free delivery however, you must be within a 50 mile radius to qualify for free delivery. Anything beyond 50 miles, please contact our store at 620-325-0400 for a free delivery quote. For more information, please visit our delivery policy at the bottom of the contact page.
Whether your furniture comes fully assembled or not, depends on if your selected piece came directly from the floor at our store or if we had to order the piece for you. It will also depend on the dedicated space it is being placed in your home. Rest assured, if any assembly is required, our delivery team will assemble it for you.
We ask that you clear all pathways (walkways, curbs, driveways, stairs, etc.) that may interfere with our delivery team. We also ask that you guarantee the furniture will fit in the spaces the delivery team will walk through and have the space cleared of any old furniture. Please note that CHoFO is not responsible for measuring to ensure the fit of your pieces or removing your old furniture. We can provide measurements of the furniture piece but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure it will fit in their dedicated space and any walkways.
Since CHoFO specializes in high-quality furniture at a much lower cost, we cannot offer returns and therefore consider all sales be final at the time of purchase. For more information, please visit our return policy at the bottom of our contact page.
Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all of our furniture products however, this warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects ONLY. For more information, please visit the bottom of our contact page for our warranty policy.
We kindly ask that upon arrival, you carefully inspect the furniture piece and let our delivery team know of any damages before they leave so we can accommodate as needed. If furniture is declared damaged, we will coordinate a repair or replacement as outlined in our warranty policy.
